N.B: Pursuant to the above, Base Titanium Ltd. was issued with a “Special Prospecting Licence” (see below) on 26th May 2016 under the old Mining Act – six days after the new Mining Act had been gazetted, and a day before the new Act came into effect. Therefore, Base Titanium Ltd. was conducting mining operations contrary to the above Public Notice.
